This summer has flown by and as we hasten towards Winter (I know, I am forever positive!) I feel this up and coming season will be powerful, a time of great discovery, joy and healing for us all. Let us all be aware of our impact on the earth and the people we meet and know we can create miracles in our own lives as well as others by listening to our hearts and following our passions. If you can find time to create and just 'BE' you may be surprised at the results.
With this enthusiasm for a new year it is my intention to find continued joy in painting, teaching and to spread the word about the fabulous rewards that await those who create. Treasure those feelings of connection, of time suspended when absorbed in those 'present moment activities' and know that anyone can do it, we just need to slow down and free up the time, to make that commitment to ourselves. Together, let's paint a brighter canvas ....
